K_I
Pascona K_I is one of the most distinctive expressions of Syrah in Montsant. Its name is deliberately enigmatic, inviting curiosity and reflecting the winery's experimental side. It represents both intensity and elegance, combining the grape's natural power with the finesse that comes from a cooler microclimate and granitic soils. La Vall dels Fontanals, where the vineyards are located, offers an ideal environment for Syrah. The granitic base soil provides marked minerality and precision, while the contrast between warm days and cool nights preserves the fruit's freshness. This balance between ripeness and acidity is what gives K_I its refined structure and age-worthy character. Beyond its technical qualities, K_I is a wine with a strong sense of identity. It stands as a bridge between tradition and innovation within Celler Pascona, showing how a variety more commonly associated with other regions can find a unique voice in Montsant. It is a wine that rewards patience, revealing new layers with every swirl and sip, and which leaves a lasting impression long after the glass is empty.

On the palate, it is agile, balanced, and very pleasant, with a freshness that invites another glass. The vines are planted on very small terraces on “licorella” slate soils, with very low yield and where the work in the vineyards is practically manual.

Lo Petito
Lo Petitó de Pascona is a red wine produced by Celler Pascona in the Vall dels Fontanals, Falset, in the heart of the D.O. Montsant. Toni Ripoll took the reins of the family business in 2006 and began the project renamed as Pascona. On a 20-hectare estate with clay, granite, and slate soils, native varieties such as Grenache and Carignan coexist with foreign ones like Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot. Celler Pascona seeks the highest quality and expression in its wines through family winemaking tradition, maximum respect for the grapes and the environment, and work with the latest technologies in a winery built at the foot of the vineyard. Lo Petitó de Pascona is a wine made with Syrah and Merlot from estates with more than 30 years planted in clay soil. Each variety ferments separately in stainless steel for about 20 days and then 50% rests for six months in stainless steel on its fine lees and the other 50% in barrels for 6 months. Natural stabilization and gentle filtering. Lo Petitó de Pascona is a fresh, fruity, and very palatable young wine. With aromas of ripe fruit and mineral notes.

L’ÀMFORA DEL MAR
Malvasia from Mas Vicenç Monovarietal Malvasia wine aged 400 days in a clay amphora under the Tarragona sea. This wine is a tribute to the historical connection of the Romans of ancient Tarraco with wine and to the influence that the Mediterranean Sea exerts on our wine territory. It is a Malvasia from the ‘Cal Pere Blanc’ estate patiently evolved in the depths of the Tarragona coast, with corals embedded in the ceramic and exponentially marked saline sensations. Under the sea, the conditions of humidity, pressure, and the murmur of the continuous marine currents have given the wine extraordinary sensations. We discover a creamier texture on the palate and subtly saline aromas that blend in harmony with the more floral side of the native variety. In these amphorae, we present to you a Malvasia caressed by the sea breeze and subsequently bathed in Tarragona waters, where gastronomy of marine origin, such as rice dishes or sea anemones and oysters, will be a good pairing. We hope you enjoy this exclusive Mediterranean experience! Vintage 2022. Submerged amphorae: 50 units.

Flor del Montsant crianza
Elaboration: Crianza wine produced in the prestigious DO Montsant. This crianza is the result of a careful selection of grape varieties typical of the area: Grenache Noir and Samsó (the name Carignan receives in the region), blended with a masterful touch of Syrah. Tasting note: It is a wine with nuances of ripe cherry and purple reflections. With an aroma of sweet red fruit and hints of spices. Its tannins are sweet and very pleasant. Finally, it surprises us with a very fruity aftertaste.

Montecillo Edicion Limitada
Scarcity, history, authenticity... It is not just about having something rare. It is about owning a piece of land, capturing a spark of passion, a dose of creative madness. That is a Limited Edition: the purest expression of what is unrepeatable. In the case of Montecillo, the story begins in 1870, when Celestino Navajas founded the winery in Fuenmayor, in the heart of Rioja Alta. Since then, more than 150 vintages have passed without interruption. A living legacy that continues to breathe authenticity, elegance, and time. This is Montecillo Edición Limitada, pure elegance and audacity. Its Tempranillo and Mazuelo vineyards are dry-farmed and gobelet-trained, just like before, when hands were the only technology possible. The Tempranillo vines average 30 years old; the Mazuelo vines, more than half a century. The harvest is manual. Between both varieties, a 15-day difference marks the pulse of the calendar. Each grape is vinified separately, fermenting in small steel tanks, with constant pump-overs. Then comes the malolactic fermentation in old underground cement tanks. The aging is almost a ritual: 20 months in oak barrels—85% American and 15% French—, with 60% new wood. Afterward, a final blend and another 6 months of rest in the barrel before the wine "tames" in the bottle for 2 years. No rush. No artifice. Only time doing its job. Montecillo Edición Limitada is a modern reinterpretation of a legacy of more than a century and a half. A wine with intense fruity expression, opulent texture, and a balance that surprises and seduces. Because, like all authentic limited editions, it does not seek to please everyone, but to remain in the memory of those who know how to recognize the difference.

Chardonnay De Muller
Barrel-fermented white wine. 3 months in French oak barrels. De Muller Chardonnay is a white wine with a bright yellow color and golden and greenish reflections. On the nose, its elegance stands out, with aromas of banana, apple, and tropical fruits, accompanied by spicy notes of coconut and vanilla, as well as a milky touch. On the palate, it is balanced and with good acidity, offering a smooth and mellow profile. The finish is long and persistent, with smoky nuances that provide a creamy character. Ideal to enjoy on any occasion.
