Nivarius Valdesabril 2020 – D.O.Ca. Rioja. A signature white wine made exclusively from Viura grapes from centenarian vineyards located at over 600 meters of altitude. On the nose, it displays aromas of pear, quince, and delicate balsamic notes, with a subtle touch of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, elegant, and mineral, with a silky texture provided by 16 months of aging on lees in French oak, which gives it depth, complexity, and a long, persistent finish. Ideal for pairing with fish, seafood, rice dishes, white meats, and soft cheeses.
