On the nose, it is broad and suggestive, with white fruit, floral notes of jasmine, a delicate herbaceous nuance, and a rustic minerality that gives it character. On the palate, it has presence and structure, but flows with freshness and balance, leaving well-integrated memories of apple and citrus. An enveloping and serene white wine, the kind that accompanies without imposing itself and makes the moment a little brighter. About Mara Martín: Mara Martín is a white wine made by the Martín Códax group in the D.O. Monterrei. A denomination with an Atlantic character but with continental influence, as it is located in the south of Ourense, on the border with Portugal. This results in a drier climate than in the rest of Galicia, with hotter summers and very cold winters. Mara Martín is a Godello monovarietal full of freshness and aromatic intensity. As for its elaboration, it is carried out through fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and, subsequently, it is left to rest for 3 months in contact with its lees. Considering the rich mythological legends that exist in the heart of Galicia, the seductive and charming 'mouras' guard magical secrets.
